Reset your Wisery password and recover account access

Use Wisery’s password-recovery form, change a password while signed in, or contact support when you cannot recover access.

Recover access to your Wisery account with the password-recovery form, or change your password from Account settings when you can already sign in.

For: Wisery account holders who use an email and password. If you normally sign in with Google or Apple, use the same provider from the Wisery sign-in page; recovering a provider account uses that provider’s recovery process.

How do I reset a forgotten Wisery password?

Use Wisery’s recovery form to reset a forgotten email-and-password login.

  1. Select Forgot password? to open the password-recovery form. You can also open Forgot your password? directly.

  2. Enter the email associated with your Wisery email-and-password account in Email, then select Send.

  3. Check that inbox and its spam or junk folder for the recovery instructions. Follow the recovery message to set a new password.

  4. Return to the Wisery sign-in page and sign in with the account email and new password.

Successful recovery lets you sign in to the existing account and access its cards. If the recovery message does not arrive or sign-in still fails, use the troubleshooting steps below rather than creating another account for the same cards.

Wisery Forgot your password form with an empty Email field and Send button.

Use the email associated with the Wisery account in the password-recovery form. The Send button starts the password-recovery request.

How do I change my password while signed in?

To change your Wisery password while signed in, open Profile in Account settings.

  1. Open Account settings and select Profile.

  2. Find Password and select its edit icon.

  3. Enter the new password in New password and repeat it in Repeat password.

  4. Select Save changes. Check any confirmation or validation message before leaving the form.

If Wisery shows a validation error, correct the fields using the message on screen. If the update is not confirmed, use password recovery or contact support rather than assuming the new password was saved.

What if I do not receive a password-recovery message?

  • Check the spelling of the account email and look in spam or junk.

  • Check whether the Wisery account was created through Google or Apple rather than a Wisery password.

  • If the recovery link is rejected, request a new recovery message from Wisery and use the new instructions.

  • If you no longer control the account email or still cannot recover access, use Wisery Contact Us. Identify the account and explain the access problem; support may need to verify ownership.

Should I send my password to Wisery support?

Do not send your Wisery password, a recovery link or a one-time authentication code in a support message. Explain the error and identify the account so support can help through the appropriate recovery process.
