Renew an expired Wisery subscription

Find the renewal option, review your seats and billing period, and check your Wisery subscription after payment.

Renew an expired Wisery subscription by selecting Renew subscription, reviewing the Pro plan, seat count and billing period, and completing any payment or confirmation steps shown when you are ready to proceed.

For: the person responsible for a Wisery account whose Subscription panel shows Expired. Sign in to the Wisery account you want to renew.

Check whether your Wisery subscription is expired

  1. Open your account menu in Wisery and select Account settings.

  2. In Profile, find the Subscription panel.

  3. Check the subscription status, current plan, billing cycle and end date. If the status is Expired, look for Renew subscription.

The Renew subscription button can also appear on the Wisery Dashboard, including beside the Online cards and Wallet cards groups.

On the Dashboard, Renew subscription opens the renewal options. The same action is available in Account settings → Profile.

Review your Wisery renewal plan

Use the Wisery renewal chooser to review the plan and total before you decide to renew.

  1. Select Renew subscription in the Subscription panel or on the Dashboard. Wisery opens the plan chooser.

  2. Check the seat count and adjust it to the number you need. Do not assume the chooser has kept the same quantity as your expired plan. Check the plan’s card allowances if you are unsure how many seats you need.

  3. Select Monthly or Yearly.

  4. Review the per-seat amount and the total labelled billed monthly or billed yearly. For a yearly plan, review the full yearly charge rather than treating a monthly equivalent as the amount due.

  5. Review the displayed plan before proceeding. The Pro action is labelled Become a PRO. Close the chooser if you only wanted to review the options.

Check the quantity before continuing: the renewal chooser can open with one seat even when the expired subscription had more seats. The selected quantity and billing period affect the total shown.

Complete the renewal and check your Wisery subscription

Proceed with the Wisery renewal only when the selected plan, quantity, billing period and total are correct.

  1. Select Become a PRO only when you intend to renew on the displayed terms.

  2. If payment or confirmation information is shown, review it and follow the instructions for the displayed subscription.

  3. Keep the payment confirmation or receipt.

  4. Return to Wisery and open Account settings → Profile. Refresh the page and check the Subscription panel. Confirm that the expired status has cleared and that the plan, seat count and billing period match your purchase.

If the payment was confirmed but Wisery still shows Expired, use the troubleshooting steps below before making another payment.

Why does the renewal button lead to Become a PRO?

The Renew subscription button in an expired Wisery account opens the Pro plan chooser. The chooser’s next button is labelled Become a PRO. Review the seat count, billing period and total in that chooser before continuing.

What if Wisery still shows Expired after payment?

If you have a payment confirmation but your Wisery subscription still shows Expired, check that you are signed in to the account associated with the purchase and refresh the account page. If the status still does not match, contact Wisery support before attempting another payment.

Include your Wisery account email, the purchase reference or receipt, and the message shown in the Subscription panel. If your plan, card allowance or feature access does not match the confirmed purchase, describe that mismatch in the same request.

What if I cannot find Renew subscription?

This renewal flow applies when the Wisery account shows Expired and offers Renew subscription. Check Account settings → Profile in the correct account. If the account has a different status, or you already have a paid purchase that is not reflected there, ask Wisery support to check the existing subscription before buying another plan.
