A Wisery online card template gives you a starting design for your professional profile. Choose a design, replace any example content with your own information and links, and check the preview before saving the card.
Applies to: Online cards. Premium themes and template features require Pro when marked with a diamond. The selected styling may require Pro; content blocks you add separately can also require Pro. Your separate Apple Wallet or Google Wallet card uses its own design settings.
Choose a template for your online card
Open Business cards → Online cards and select the card you want to edit.
Open Themes in the online card editor.
Browse the template gallery. Use View all themes if you want to see more designs.
In the gallery, select Use template on the design you want. The gallery closes and the selected styling is applied immediately to the card preview.
Review the updated design and check for a Pro diamond or a Pro-design warning. On Free, use the Free design or remove paid features before saving.
Applying a template changes the online card’s design. Review your profile and blocks afterward to make sure they show the content you want.
Browse the designs in Themes and check whether your choice uses Pro features.
Review your profile and content
Open Profile and review Title, Bio, and the images. Replace any example name, introduction, or image that does not belong to you.
Open Blocks and expand each added block.
Check the button titles, destination links, contact details, and social profiles. Replace any unwanted or example content with your own.
Remove blocks that do not support the next action you want visitors to take.
Check the block order so your most useful information and links are easy to find.
Your online card preview should show only the information and links you intend to share. Booking and store links open external destinations; choosing a template does not create an account or integration with those services.
Adjust the template’s appearance
Use these sections of the Wisery online card editor to customize the selected template:
Profile: replace the logo or profile photo, title, and bio.
Design: adjust content-block and button styling.
Themes: set the background, fonts, and text colors.
Use controls included in your plan and check the preview after each change. Keep the design consistent and make sure the text remains readable against the background.
Replace the example information and review the finished profile before saving.
Review the template before saving
Check the online card in both phone and desktop previews.
Read every visible label and confirm the destination of each link.
Check whether any Pro-design warning remains.
When the content is ready to be visible online, use the editor’s save control. Your button may say Save and publish or Save my online card.
Open the card’s online address and check the finished page before sharing it.
Your online card should show your chosen design with your own profile information and working links. If example content remains, return to Profile or Blocks, replace it, and check the card again before sharing.
Why does the template ask me to upgrade?
A Wisery online card template may contain Pro styling or specialized blocks. A diamond identifies paid controls, and the preview may show a Pro-design warning. To continue on Free, use Reset to free design, review the Free preview, and confirm Reset to free only if you accept the removal of Pro features.
