Create and share your online business card on Wisery Free

Set up your profile, add link buttons, keep a Free design, and share your online card by link or QR code.

Create a Wisery Free online business card with your name, a short bio, a profile image, and link buttons. Share the finished page by link or QR code. Visitors open the card in a browser and do not need a Wisery app.

Plan: Wisery Free. Keep the default Free design and choose options without a Pro diamond. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet installation, branding removal, and diamond-marked blocks or design controls require Pro.

Before you start

Sign in to your Wisery dashboard. Have your name or business name, a short introduction, and the web links you want to share ready. Only add details you are happy to make public.

Open or create your online card

  1. Select Business cards, then Online cards.

  2. Select New online card to start a card. To update an existing card, select its preview instead.

  3. If Wisery asks you to upgrade because you have reached your online-card allowance, open and edit your existing card. Updating that card does not require creating another one.

The online card editor has Profile, Blocks, Design, and Themes sections.

Add your name, bio, and profile image

  1. Open Profile.

  2. Enter your name or business name in Title.

  3. Enter your role, company, or short introduction in Bio.

  4. Use Profile image to add a photo or logo, or replace the existing image.

Check the Preview as you edit. The Header image option is marked as Pro; you can complete this Free setup without a header image.

Add buttons for your website or other pages

To add link buttons to your Wisery Free online card:

  1. Open Blocks and select Buttons. If Buttons is already in Added blocks, select it to expand the fields.

  2. Enter a clear button Title, such as “View my portfolio” or “Visit our website.”

  3. Enter the destination in Link. For a web page, include the full address starting with https://.

  4. Select Add button to add another link.

You can use an ordinary Buttons link to a social profile. Dedicated blocks such as Contact details, Social icons, and Collect contacts show Pro diamonds in the Free editor. A link button does not add those dedicated features.

Set the button label in Title and its destination in Link. Replace the sample example.com address with your own URL.

Review your Free design and save

  1. Keep the default Free design, or use the solid background-color control in Themes. Avoid options marked with a Pro diamond.

  2. Review your name, bio, image, and button labels in Preview.

  3. When you are ready for your information to be available online, use the editor’s save control. The save button may say Save and publish or Save my online card.

Saving a card and sharing its link are separate actions. After saving, open the card’s link under Share online card. Confirm that your name, bio, image, and button destinations show the intended changes before sending the link to someone else.

Share your online card by link or QR code

To share your Wisery Free online card:

  1. Open Business cards → Online cards and select Share on your card.

  2. Under Share online card, copy the card link. Paste it into a message, meeting chat, social profile, or email signature.

  3. For a QR code, find Share online card using QR code and select Download PNG or Download SVG.

  4. Test the link and scan the QR code on a phone before using the code on printed materials.

The link and QR code open your online card. Visitors need an internet connection to view the page. The separate Apple Wallet and Google Wallet installation options on this screen require Pro.

Use the online-card link or QR downloads to share your Free card. The Wallet installation controls are separate.

Why is Wisery asking me to upgrade?

Wisery can ask you to upgrade when you exceed your card allowance or use a Pro block or design option. For an additional-card prompt, edit your existing card. For a Pro-feature prompt, remove the diamond-marked options and keep the Free design.

Can I remove Wisery branding on Free?

Wisery branding remains on a Free online card. Removing the branding line requires Pro.

Does sharing an online card add a Wallet pass?

A Wisery online-card link or QR code opens a web page. It does not install a pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Installing a card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is a separate Pro feature.

How do I update my card after sharing it?

Open your existing Wisery online card in Business cards → Online cards, edit the content, and save. Keep the online card URL unchanged to continue using the same link or printed QR code. Changing the URL is a separate action and can affect old links and QR codes.
