Return a Wisery online card to a Free design by removing its Pro blocks and styling. Review the Free preview before confirming the reset, because some content may be removed along with the paid design options.
Applies to: Wisery online cards that show a Pro-design warning or require Pro because paid features are selected. Resetting an online card’s design is separate from changing a subscription or cancelling billing.
Check what is making the online card Pro
In the Wisery online card editor, a diamond marks a Pro control. A premium template, advanced design option, specialized content block, or branding removal can make the card require Pro even when the name, bio, and link buttons use Free features.
Open Business cards → Online cards.
Select your card preview to open the editor.
Check the card preview for You’re using PRO design and the Reset to free design link.
If that warning is present, you can compare the Pro card with the Free version before deciding whether to reset it.
Reset the online card to Free
Select Reset to free design.
Read the confirmation and compare the Pro card with Your free online card.
Check which details, links, and blocks remain in the Free preview. Pro features and parts of the card can be removed.
Select Reset to free if the Free version meets your needs. Select Continue editing if you want to keep working without confirming that reset.
Review the remaining card in the editor before saving.
The editor shows the Free version after the reset. Check the name, bio, profile image, ordinary Buttons links, and Wisery branding line. A reset does not create additional card capacity or unlock Apple Wallet or Google Wallet installation.
Fix a hard-to-read design after the reset
If the Wisery online card’s text or buttons are difficult to read after returning to Free, restore the default layout styles rather than removing your profile information.
In the online card editor, open Themes.
Find Reset settings.
Choose Reset design to restore default layout styles.
Review the preview again before saving.
Reset design and Reset all are different controls. Reset all also resets user information and images; use it only when you intend to start over with those details.

Save only after reviewing the Free card
Save the Wisery online card only when the remaining content is ready to be visible online. Do not treat a saved Free card as private draft storage: its web address can be accessible to visitors.
Review the remaining profile, buttons, and design in Preview.
Use the editor’s save button. It may say Save and publish or Save my online card.
Open Business cards → Online cards, select Share, and check the card link.
The online card link should show the remaining Free content. If an upgrade message remains, check its cause below.
Why am I still being asked to upgrade?
A remaining Pro option and a full card allowance are different problems. Check the online card for diamond-marked controls and keep the Wisery branding line for Free use. If the message is about creating more online cards, edit an existing card or review the available card allowance; resetting its design does not add more card slots.
