Use your company’s logo, images, colors, and fonts to give your Wisery online card a consistent appearance. This guide covers the web page that visitors open in a browser. Your separate Apple Wallet or Google Wallet card has its own design settings.
Applies to: Profile images are available on Free and Pro. Header images, advanced backgrounds, font controls, and branding removal require Pro when marked with a diamond. Use the controls available to your account.
Prepare your brand assets
For your Wisery online card, choose a clear logo or profile photo, an optional header image, and the colors and fonts approved for your company. Keep important text out of an image if visitors also need to read it as part of your profile. Add that information in the card’s text fields or blocks.
Add a logo or profile image to your online card
Open Business cards → Online cards and select the card you want to edit.
Open Profile and find Profile image.
Use the image upload control, or Replace image when an image is already present, and choose your logo or photo.
Adjust the image in the cropper. Use the available Shape and Image size controls to check its appearance.
Review the result in the online card preview. Make sure the logo is recognizable at the displayed size.
Use Profile image for your logo or photo, then check the crop and displayed size.
Add a header image
A header image is separate from the profile image on a Wisery online card. This option requires Pro when it carries a diamond.
Open Profile in the online card editor.
Find Header image and select Upload image.
Choose your header image file.
Check the online card preview so important parts of the image remain visible.
Set the online card’s background and fonts
Open Themes in the online card editor.
Under Background, choose Solid color, Image, or Gradient, using an option included in your plan.
For a solid background, open Background color and select a color or enter its hexadecimal color code, such as #F4F7FB. Image and gradient backgrounds use their own controls and require Pro when marked.
Under Fonts, choose the available Title font and Text font. Adjust Title size and text Color as needed.
Review text against the background in the preview. Use the provided font choices; selecting a font is separate from uploading a logo.
Set the background and typography in Themes. Controls marked with a diamond require Pro.
Choose whether to show Wisery branding
Branding removal is a Pro feature. The Wisery branding line stays on a Free online card.
In the online card editor, open Themes and find Remove branding.
Keep Branding line on Online card selected to show the line. On Pro, clear the checkbox if you want to remove it.
Check the bottom of the online card preview to confirm the result.
Review your brand design before saving
Check the online card’s phone and desktop previews. Read the title, bio, and button labels against the selected background.
When the card is ready to be visible online, use the editor’s save control. Its label may be Save and publish or Save my online card.
Open the card’s online address and confirm that the logo, images, colors, and fonts appear as intended.
Why does my logo look cropped or too small?
In the Wisery online card’s Profile image settings, adjust the crop, shape, and image size, then review the preview again. If a wide logo loses important details in a square or circular crop, use a version of the logo that fits that space.
