Add social profiles and messaging options

Add Pro social buttons, social icons, and messenger links to a Wisery online card, or use ordinary link buttons on Free.

Give visitors a way to open your social profiles or contact you through a messaging service from your Wisery online card. Choose labelled social buttons, social icons, or messenger buttons, then enter the destination for each one.

Applies to: people editing a Wisery online card. The dedicated Social media buttons, Social icons, and Messengers blocks require Wisery Pro. A regular Buttons link is available on Free and Pro.

How do I open the social and messenger settings?

  1. Sign in to Wisery and select Business cards → Online cards.

  2. Select the preview of the online card you want to edit.

  3. Open Blocks, then select the required block under Available blocks. If the block is already under Added blocks, open that existing block.

Choose Social media buttons for labelled social links, Social icons for icon links, or Messengers for messaging destinations.

How do I add labelled social buttons?

  1. In the Wisery online card editor, open the Social media buttons block.

  2. Select Add button and choose a service from the menu.

  3. Review the preset Title, then enter the complete profile or page address in Link.

  4. Use Add button again to add another social destination.

Each social button appears in your online card Preview. Complete any preset address before saving. For example, the service labelled Linkedin can start with https://linkedin.com/in/; the prefix alone is not your personal profile address.

How do I add social icons?

  1. In the Wisery online card editor, select Social icons under Available blocks to add the block, or open the existing Social icons header under Added blocks.

  2. In the icon grid, use Search to find the service you want, then select its icon.

  3. Enter the complete destination in the added field named for that service. For example, complete the Linkedin field with your profile address.

  4. Check that the intended icon appears in your online card Preview.

The Social icons block uses an icon picker. The picker remains available beneath the added icon rows, and opening the existing Social icons header shows it again. Use Search and select another icon to add another destination. If the service you need is not available, use an ordinary Buttons link to its web page instead.

How do I add messenger buttons?

  1. In the Wisery online card editor, open the Messengers block.

  2. Select Add button, then choose WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, or Viber.

  3. Review the preset Title and enter the destination in Link.

  4. Use the shareable link supplied by the messaging service for the account or conversation destination you intend to offer. Check the destination before adding it to your card.

The messenger button appears in the online card Preview. Adding a messenger link does not send a message, synchronize conversations, or connect the messaging account to Wisery.

Can I add a social or messaging link on Free?

On Wisery Free, use the ordinary Buttons block for a social profile or other shareable web destination. Open Blocks → Buttons, enter the label in Title, and paste the complete destination into Link. A regular link opens the external page; it does not unlock the dedicated Pro social or messenger blocks.

How do I save and check my online card?

  1. Check the online card Preview for the intended content and layout.

  2. Save only when the information is ready to be available online. Use the displayed save control, Save and publish or Save my online card.

  3. Open Business cards → Online cards, select Share on the same card, and open its card link.

  4. Check the saved page and test the relevant links before sending the card to someone else.

Saving a Wisery online card can make changes visible at its web address. Do not treat the card editor as private draft storage. If the saved page does not show your changes, check that you edited and saved the intended card, then ask Wisery support through the in-app Messenger if the problem continues.

Why does a social or messenger link open the wrong place?

If a Wisery social button, social icon, or messenger button opens the wrong destination, reopen that block and check its complete link. A service homepage or an unfinished profile prefix is different from your own profile or messaging link. Open the destination directly in a browser to check it, then correct the card link and save when ready. The external service may require the visitor to sign in or use its own app; that access is controlled by the external service.
