Give visitors a next step from your Wisery online card: open a booking page, join a meeting, visit a store, or access a resource you have hosted online. Start with a regular link button, or use a dedicated meeting or marketplace block on Pro.
Applies to: people editing a Wisery online card. Regular Buttons links are available on Free and Pro. The dedicated Video conference and Marketplaces blocks require Wisery Pro.
Which link should I prepare?
Prepare the complete destination address before adding a link to your Wisery online card:
Booking: use the existing booking page where visitors can choose an appointment through your booking service.
Meeting: use the meeting or joining link supplied by the conference service and intended for your visitors.
Store or listing: use the page for your store, product, app, or business listing.
Downloadable resource: host the file in your website or another file service first, then use its accessible sharing or download link.
Open the destination and check that the intended visitors have access. A link that works only while you are signed in may not work for someone else. Resource links may open a browser preview or start a download according to the hosting service.
How do I add an ordinary link button?
Sign in to Wisery and select Business cards → Online cards.
Select the preview of the online card you want to edit.
Open Blocks → Buttons. If Buttons is under Available blocks, select it to add the block. If it is under Added blocks, open the existing block.
Enter a descriptive Title, such as “Book a consultation,” “Join our meeting,” “Visit our store,” or “Open the product guide.”
Paste the complete destination into Link. Include https:// for a web address.
Select Add button to add another destination.
A newly added Wisery Buttons block already contains its first blank Title and Link row. Add button creates an additional row.
The link button appears in the Wisery online card Preview. Use a label that tells visitors what will open; a resource link does not upload the resource into Wisery.
Use descriptive labels for booking pages and resources, and paste the link supplied by the service that hosts each destination. These are sample addresses.
How do I add a meeting button on Pro?
Use the Pro Video conference block to add a meeting destination to your Wisery online card.
Open Business cards → Online cards in Wisery and select the card preview.
Open Blocks, then select Video conference under Available blocks, or open the existing Video conference block under Added blocks.
Select Add button and choose the meeting service shown in the menu.
Review the preset Title, then paste your complete meeting address into Link.
Check the meeting button in the online card Preview.
The meeting button should appear in the Wisery online card Preview with the label you entered. For example, selecting Google Meet creates a Title and Link row; enter your own meeting address in Link. Save when ready for the card to be available online, then open the shared card and check that the button reaches the intended meeting destination.
How do I add a store or marketplace button on Pro?
Use the Pro Marketplaces block to link from your Wisery online card to an existing store, product, app, or business listing.
Open Business cards → Online cards in Wisery and select the card preview.
Open Blocks, then select Marketplaces under Available blocks, or open the existing Marketplaces block under Added blocks.
Select Add button and choose the marketplace service shown in the menu.
Review the preset Title, then paste your complete store or listing address into Link.
Check the marketplace button in the online card Preview.
The marketplace button should appear in the Wisery online card Preview with the label you entered. For example, selecting Amazon creates a Title and Link row; enter your own store, product, or listing address in Link. Save when ready for the card to be available online, then open the shared card and check that the button reaches the intended destination.
How do I save and check my online card?
Check the online card Preview for the intended content and layout.
Save only when the information is ready to be available online. Use the displayed save control, Save and publish or Save my online card.
Open Business cards → Online cards, select Share on the same card, and open its card link.
Check the saved page and test the relevant links before sending the card to someone else.
Saving a Wisery online card can make changes visible at its web address. Do not treat the card editor as private draft storage. If the saved page does not show your changes, check that you edited and saved the intended card, then ask Wisery support through the in-app Messenger if the problem continues.
Does adding a link connect Wisery to the external service?
A Wisery button opens the destination you provide. It does not create native calendar synchronization, appointment booking, payment processing, inventory synchronization, or file hosting in Wisery. The booking, meeting, store, or file service controls what visitors can do after opening that destination.
Why can’t a visitor open my booking page, meeting, store, or resource?
If a destination from your Wisery online card does not open correctly, first open the complete link directly in a browser. Check for an incomplete address, an expired meeting, a removed resource, or access that requires signing in. Update availability or sharing permissions in the service that hosts the destination. If the destination works directly, reopen the intended Wisery card, correct the Link field, and save when ready. Ask Wisery support through the in-app Messenger if the saved card still opens a different destination.
