Add your name or business name, a short introduction, and a photo or logo to your Wisery online card so visitors can recognize you. You can edit the profile information on a card you already have.
Applies to: Wisery Free and Pro. The Title, Bio, and Profile image fields are available for a basic online profile. The separate Header image and diamond-marked styling controls require Pro.
How do I open my Wisery online card profile?
Sign in to your Wisery dashboard.
Select Business cards, then Online cards.
Select the preview of the online card you want to edit.
Open Profile in the online card editor.
The Wisery Profile section shows your online card’s Title, Bio, and image settings. Select an existing card rather than creating another card just to change its details.
How do I change the name and introduction on my online card?
In Profile, enter your name or business name in Title.
Enter your role, company, or short introduction in Bio.
Check Preview to confirm the name and introduction are the ones you want visitors to see.
The Title appears as the main name on the Wisery online card. The Bio provides the supporting introduction. Changing these fields does not change the online card URL, which is a separate control.

How do I add or replace my profile image?
In the Wisery online card’s Profile section, find Profile image.
Use Choose file under Profile image, or the Replace image control if an image is already present, to select a photo or logo from your device.
Choose one image file. The profile-image chooser accepts JPG, JPEG, PNG and BMP files.
Check the image in Preview before saving your card.
The profile image should appear with your name and bio in the Wisery online card preview. A profile image and a header image are separate elements; the Pro Header image option is not required for a basic profile.
How do I save the profile changes?
Review the name, bio, and image in the Wisery online card preview.
When the information is ready to be available online, select the displayed save control: Save and publish or Save my online card.
Open Business cards → Online cards → Share and open the online card link to check the saved profile.
Saving a Wisery online card can make the changes visible at its online address. The card editor should not be treated as private draft storage.
Why can’t I see the updated profile?
If your Wisery profile changes appear in the editor but not at the shared link, check that you saved the intended online card and opened that same card’s link. Refresh the page after checking the save. If an image does not appear correctly, reopen Profile and use the replacement control to select the intended image again. Ask Wisery support through the in-app Messenger if the saved page still does not match.
