Benefits: The Collect Contacts feature helps you easily capture visitor details directly from your Wisery page, turning it into a simple lead-generation tool. All collected contacts are automatically saved in your dashboard, where you can view, organize, and export them anytime — making your networking and follow-ups faster and more efficient.
Create a “Collect Contacts” Button
Adding the “Collect Contacts” button lets you easily capture visitor information without external forms or tools. It turns your Wisery page into a simple lead-generation hub.
Open your Wisery dashboard and go to the page or card where you want to add the button.
Click Edit Page.
Find the Add Button option and choose Collect Contacts.
Review the info block explaining how the feature works.
Customize your button:
Change the button text (default: Share your contact details).
Select an icon or leave it without one.
Save your changes to make the button appear on your page.
Collect Contacts from Visitors
Visitors to your Wisery page will see the Share Contacts button (you can rename it).
When they click it, a form opens where they can fill in:
First Name*
Last Name*
Email*
Phone*
Position
Company
LinkedIn
(*Required fields)
Visitors can cancel or confirm submission.
After submission, a confirmation message appears, and their contact details are automatically saved in your Wisery dashboard.
Manage Collected Contacts
Open your Wisery Dashboard and click the Contacts tab in the sidebar.
View all collected contacts with their Name, Phone, Email, Position, Company, and LinkedIn.
Use search or filters to find contacts by page, name, email, or company.
Click a contact to view details or use the More Actions menu to export or delete it.
Use checkboxes to select multiple contacts and Export CSV or Delete Selected.
Confirm your action in the modal window and receive a notification when it’s done.
If there are no contacts yet, you’ll see a message with an option to create a page.
