Create Business Cards for Your Team
Step 2. Go to the Business Cards section.
Step 3. Click Create New Card or Duplicate an existing card.
Step 4. Fill in or update the team member’s details (name, title, contact info).
Step 5. Repeat the process for each team member as needed.
Benefits:
Creating multiple cards under one account makes it simple to set up and customize cards for your entire team without requiring each team member to manage their own account.
Manage Business Cards for Your Team
Step 1. Open the card you want to edit in your Wisery account.
Step 2. Update team member details such as phone number, job title, or photo.
Step 3. Save your changes.
Step 4. Duplicate cards if several team members share a similar layout, then update only the unique details.
Benefits:
Managing cards centrally ensures information stays accurate and consistent across all team member cards, saving time on updates.
Share Business Cards with Your Team
Step 1. Open the card you want to distribute.
Step 2. Click the Share button.
Step 3. Copy the card URL that opens in the browser.
Step 4. Share the link with the team member (e.g., by email or chat).
Step 5. Team members can save or install the card directly from the shared link.
Benefits:
Sharing cards via link makes distribution fast and easy, ensuring every team member can access and use their digital card immediately.
Note: Wisery does not yet have a dedicated admin platform for team-level account management. Instead, all team cards can be created, managed, and shared from a single account by duplicating and updating cards, then distributing them via links
